Jess McGeachin

Hi, my name is Jess McGeachin and I'm a Melbourne based graphic designer.

I've been trying to summarize exactly what design is to me, and this is what i've come up with. It isn't because I want to sell things to people, and it isn't because I want to make lots of money. It's because the idea of sitting behind a desk at a bank from nine until five is just unthinkable. It's because when I start to think about the solution to something, I can't stop until I solve it.
It's because I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. I also feel privileged to be able to do something I love.
